You need to put in a requisition to the dept in your hospital who raise Purchase Orders - (Estates, Procurement, Med Engineering etc)
No our engineers work Monday to Friday, between 7am and 4pm and will work at the departments convenience
Yes in line with the manufacturers recommendation of a pre preventative maintenance programme it should be attended annually commencing from the second year
We service the full range of Anetic Aid products including QA3 Patient Trolleys, QA4 Mobile Surgery System, Tourniquets and Powered Lithotomy Stirrups
All Anetic Aid Trolleys and Tourniquets are supplied from new with a 12 month guarantee and a unique life warranty option (10 years Trolleys - 3 years Tourniquets) simply under a prevent premium contract from year 2 it entitles the customer to a fully comprehensive agreement, including parts, labour and onsite annual service visit (T & C apply)
Simply nobody understands our products better our locally based engineers are trained in all aspects of our product range, fully integrated in our QS, have total support of our design team and immediate access to all spares and components.
Sadly we are unable to immediately re-instate life warranty agreements after 36 months from date of supply. However there are still many benefits on been under prevent premium annual service, 45% discounted parts and inclusive callout
